Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.
Micron’s TD Electrical Device Characterization team seeks an experienced engineering professional who demonstrates technical leadership, innovation, and collaboration across functions! You will lead electrical characterization efforts for advanced memory technologies, spearheading the development of NAND, DRAM, and emerging memories.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate advanced semiconductor devices through testing, measurement, and data analysis.
Develop methodologies and algorithms for characterization, modeling, and scalable standards.
Automate data pipelines and analysis using Python, JSL, C/C++, and dashboard tools.
Collaborate across teams to link device physics with system behavior and product outcomes.
Architect test setups using state-of-the-art instrumentation; manage wafer probe and ATE flows.
Conduct experiments, analyze device data, investigate root-causes, and present findings.
Mentor peers, lead technical reviews, and serve as a subject-matter expert.
What You’ll Bring Great foundation in semiconductor physics, electrical characterization, and processing.
Deep understanding of NAND, DRAM, and emerging memory architectures.
Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and parametric systems (SPA, SMU, LCR meters, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, pulse & waveform generators, wafer probers, parametric ATE, and bench systems).
Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Unix/Linux, and JMP/JSL for automation and analysis.
Proven ability to scale characterization methods into production flows.
