Lead and mentor other software engineers within the team Perform all phases of software engineering, including requirements analysis, application design, code development, and testing Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders Design reusable components, frameworks, and libraries Work closely with architecture groups to drive solutions Participate in Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases Design and develop innovative solutions to meet business needs Identify areas of process improvement and build automated solutions to increase efficiency and productivity Review code and provide feedback on best practices and performance improvement Troubleshoot production support issues and provide solutions as needed Influence peers to use cutting-edge tools and follow best practices Required skills include strong Hadoop technology knowledge, Pig Script, Map Reducer, Hive, HBase, Java, Spring framework, and Hibernate.
