Senior Architect

with deep expertise in

building envelope systems and technical detailing . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the technical challenges of architectural design and construction, and who can ensure that design intent is carried through with precision and performance. Key Responsibilities Spearhead the design and integration of advanced building envelope systems across multiple project types Develop and evaluate detailed construction documentation with a focus on buildability, longevity, and building science principles Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases of the project lifecycle Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on technical detailing and best practices Select and specify materials and systems that meet performance, sustainability, and regulatory standards Participate in quality assurance and peer review processes Contribute to a studio environment that values exploration, collaboration, and technical excellence Qualifications Accredited degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio showcasing technical detailing and envelope design Architectural license preferred or actively pursuing licensure Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, assemblies, and performance metrics Proficiency in Revit and construction documentation workflows Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with sustainable design principles and building performance standards is a plus What the Studio Offers A collaborative and design-focused work culture Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development Competitive compensation and benefits package Flexible and supportive work environment Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Design Industries: Building Construction and Architecture and Planning
