Do you have a passion for customer service and networking? Are you friendly with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills? If so, we have an opportunity for you to grow as a Concierge with B.F. Saul Company & Affiliates at Hampden House in Bethesda, MD. Position

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Evening Concierge provides superior front-desk customer service for residents, visitors, and vendors. This shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Responsibilities Provide a gracious, professional welcome to residents, visitors, and vendors Greet and respond to resident requests and inquiries Address residents’ concerns in accordance with customer service standards Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building Manage multiple phone lines and direct calls as needed Assist with resident packages and mail What You Bring High school diploma or GED Related concierge experience or strong customer service background Ability to work under pressure Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through Strong written, verbal, and computer skills Knowledge of Yardi is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25 lbs or more; frequent talking and listening; ability to stand for extended periods; able to sit, climb stairs, stoop, and bend as needed.
