Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA) - SIGN ON/RELOCATION $ (ADV) Highlights Healthcare ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for Learning Centers throughout North Carolina. For this location we are offering a SIGN ON/RETENTION BONUS plus RELOCATION ASSISTANCE if needed. Why Highlights Healthcare
Flexible scheduling with full-time hours, no evenings or weekends, clinic-based setting, competitive compensation up to $115,000 annually, quarterly bonus incentive plan, 9 paid holidays, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits (PTO, dental, health, life, vision), 401K, ACE provider with 16 BACB CEU hours per year, and company laptop. Position Overview
We are recruiting clinical staff for our growing clinic and home-based operations throughout North Carolina. You will work in a supportive, clinician-driven environment focused on providing high-quality client care. Responsibilities
Supervise ABA staff for clients with attention to dignity and privacy. Monitor the effectiveness of skill-building interventions using ABA for children with autism. Conduct psychological analyses and diagnostic testing. Provide supervision to ABA Behavior Technicians on staff. Develop child-specific behavior plans in accordance with ABA principles. Lead projects to improve client service, satisfaction, and employee performance/retention. Develop quality initiatives to improve referral source satisfaction, measured through volume, surveys, and reporting. Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws, Tricare/government programs, medical insurance providers, Medicaid waivers, and ensure regulatory compliance. Support growth of Highlights Healthcare and assist in pursuing new business opportunities. Qualifications
Master’s Degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field. Current BCBA Certification from the BACB. Experience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs. Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Ability to maintain positive learner and family interactions with professionalism. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software (e.g., Central Reach). Ability to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record/fingerprint clearance per program requirements.
