$40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr Position Summary
Attain Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Facilitator to join our clinical team in Beachwood, OH. In this role, you will support clients in our
PHP, IOP, and TBS programs , facilitating therapeutic and skills-based groups that promote recovery, mental health, and overall wellness. You will work closely with licensed counselors and other professionals to deliver high-quality, client-centered care. Benefits

Facilitate or co-facilitate group sessions in PHP, IOP, and TBS programs. Support client intake assessments and assist in developing treatment goals under supervision. Provide structured, skill-based, and recovery-focused interventions within scope of practice. Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and group reports. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Uphold all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, to protect client confidentiality. Qualifications
Certification: Valid CDCA from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board. Designation: Qualified Mental Health Specialist III (QMHS III). Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate, team-oriented approach to client care.
