Service Warranty Administrator
to join our team and ensure all warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Position Overview
The Service Warranty Administrator is responsible for coordinating, preparing, and submitting manufacturer warranty claims. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure timely reimbursement. Benefits

Accurately prepare, review, and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer. Verify repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Maintain records of all warranty claims, submissions, and authorizations. Communicate with service advisors and technicians to resolve claim issues. Monitor claim status and follow up with manufacturers to ensure timely payment. Stay current with manufacturer policies, procedures, and warranty bulletins. Assist with internal warranty audits and compliance checks. Provide administrative support to the service department as needed. Requirements
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in an automotive service office role preferred. Knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and dealership service operations. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in dealership management software (CDK) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
