GreenLight ABA is looking for a BCBA to work in Arizona. Remote/Hybrid options available. Must have a current Arizona LBA. Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
Up to $100,000 per year depending on experience Expected hours:

As a BCBA you will plan, develop and monitor effective treatment using evidence-based methods. You will collaborate with team members, service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly change the lives of individuals with autism and their families. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders Conduct initial assessments Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching Collaborate with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources Conduct supervision in client\'s home and through telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements
Must be certified as a BCBA through the BACB Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification Must hold a valid driver\'s license and maintain proper current insurance Bilingual is a plus Join Us
