As a Sr. Chassis Designer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative vehicle design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Chassis Designer
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Pay Range: $100,000 – $130,000
What's the Job?
Creating and analyzing design concepts for race car vehicle design. Developing CAD models and detailed drawings for various components. Interpreting test results to inform design decisions. Planning and completing assigned engineering projects efficiently. Mentoring junior engineers to foster their professional growth.
What's Needed?
5–7 years of direct design experience in motorsport vehicles and systems. Extensive experience with CAD software modeling of race car components. Strong design analytical skills and knowledge of engineering principles. Experience evaluating and implementing design changes and specifications. Proficient with workstation hardware and CAD software for design documentation.
