The successful candidate will contribute to a thriving Public History Program and to the Film Studies minor in the College of Liberal Arts. Active participation in departmental programs, service, and governance will be expected. The candidate will teach upper-division undergraduate and graduate courses in documentary filmmaking and/or the history of documentary film, direct theses, serve on graduate committees, and teach history survey courses in their area of expertise (US or Western/World Civilizations). Qualifications
Ph.D. in History, Film Studies, or related field (or ABD with completion expected by start date) Research and teaching interests in public history and documentary film Employment Details
