Job Responsibilities
Mentor and develop IT team members Document hardware processes throughout the department to conform to SOX and ITGC guidelines Ensure security KPIs and helpdesk KPIs are achieved Escalate issues as needed to the IT manager Implement IT Mafact best practices Supervise upgrades on hardware, leading change management processes Support enterprise HyperV, ESXi, SQL, Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory Document and manage enterprise systems, file and print servers, SQL database servers, PCs, virtual servers and other critical data systems Administer SCCM and WSUS servers to provide touchless updates and software deployments Oversee setup and support of all users on all systems with priority on security Maintain open issues list and engage in continuous improvement Through classroom training, self-training, and computer-based training, continuously improve knowledge and competency with IT systems and products used Create and facilitate standardized help desk activities Perform other duties as assigned Awareness, Unity, Empowerment
