JOEY Restaurant Group provided pay range. Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr. Actual salary offer within the range may vary based on experience and qualifications. Pay range may be updated in accordance with applicable laws. Responsibilities

Support your team in the preparation of all ingredients and food products to fulfill prep lists, par levels, and recipe standards. Use various preparation and cooking methods to ensure quick, precise execution of menu items in accordance with JOEY recipes. Wash, chop, cut, grill, roast, sauté, fry, etc., and coordinate with other stations as needed. Maintain prep and cooking areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner. Ensure clean, organized, and maintained refrigerators, coolers, ovens, preparation and dry storage areas. Train partners on safe usage of kitchen equipment and cleaning compounds; report equipment problems and maintenance issues immediately. Fulfill recruitment needs, impact candidate experiences, and select and retain your team. Support team training and development of technical knowledge and world-class execution of JOEY tasks and standards. Communicate daily focus and feedback to partners. Manage in-store budgets, food costs, and labor. Impact the delivery of iconic hospitality and coach the kitchen team to meet guest experience standards. Follow all food service and handling safety precautions and procedures. Qualifications

3+ years of culinary experience (considering high-potential candidates with less experience). Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits. Passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods; frequent bending, reaching, stretching; repetitive tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
