Assistant Manager , you’ll help lead a team committed to making sure “every guest leaves happy.” It’s a high-energy, high-reward opportunity – ready and waiting for you. Job Responsibilities: Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations. Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management. Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and rotate through each: The Kitchen
– manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness. Oversee pizza dough preparation, cooking pizza, and other menu items. Sales
– oversee the Cashier, Salad Bar, and Gift Shop. Monitor sales results, upselling, inventory, ordering, and profitability. Ensure quality of Salad Bar and prep procedures. Showroom
– lead birthday party planning and execution, maximize bookings, and optimize seating. Gameroom
– partner with the Technical Manager to maintain game and equipment condition, analyze gameplay data, and keep the area guest-ready. Skills We’re Looking For: Coaching and Developing Others Effective Communication Composure Resourcefulness Ethics and Integrity Time and Priority Management Minimum Qualifications: Work 40 hours per week High school diploma or GED At least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow younger applicants for roles involving alcohol) One year of managing people or six months as an Opening Coordinator Essential Job Functions and Work Environment: Lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts Work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to various weather conditions indoors Employment is contingent upon background check and compliance with health and safety standards.
