Resident Hall Director

We are a learning community at the junction of knowledge and Christian faith, where students develop their God-given potential and prepare to lead uncommon lives of higher professional purpose for the betterment of self and community. All of the schools, programs, and initiatives of the university are guided by shared fidelity to this central promise. This is an exempt 12-month, professional live-in position reporting to the Director of Residence Life. The Resident Hall Director participates as a member of the Residence Life staff, creates opportunities for student development through excellent programming and individual student interactions, and demonstrates a strong student focus with evening and weekend commitments. Following a model of Servant Leadership, the Resident Hall Director is responsible for the organization and leadership of student development activities, supervision of RA staff, adjudicating conduct, and management of administrative operations of assigned residential areas. The successful candidate must be committed to fostering a Christ-centered culturally diverse atmosphere for faculty, staff and students.
