We are seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Medicaid, private, and commercial insurance clients and will be well-versed in the latest MCO changes. This position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of settings, including clinic-based therapy, in-home ABA services, and in-school interventions. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and adolescents across clinical, home, and school environments. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Supervise and mentor RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and ensure proper implementation of ABA interventions. Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to ensure effective and consistent therapy. Stay informed of the latest Medicaid and MCO changes affecting service delivery and ensure compliance with all state and insurance regulations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, billing, and insurance requirements. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of our services. Qualifications
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. Medicaid provider preferred; familiarity with private/commercial insurance is a must. Knowledgeable of current MCO (Managed Care Organization) changes and how they impact ABA services. Strong experience in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and supervising RBTs. Ability to work independently across multiple settings (clinic, in-home, and in-school). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and external providers. Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in ABA therapy and insurance practices. Benefits
