GreenLight ABA Base pay range:
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Overview
As a BCBA you will plan, develop and monitor effective treatment using evidence-based methods. You will collaborate with team members, service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly impact individuals with autism and their families. Responsibilities
Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders Conduct initial assessments Supervise RBTs and provide training and coaching Collaborate with client treatment teams and families to improve communication, social, and behavioral outcomes Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources Conduct supervision in clients' homes and via telehealth Requirements
Must be certified as a BCBA through the BACB Willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification Valid driver’s license and current insurance Bilingual is a plus Location & Schedule
Location: Colorado Springs, CO; Remote/Hybrid options available. Must be located anywhere in Colorado. Travel may be required; travel expenses covered by the company. Expected hours: Average of 25 billable hours per week. Schedule: No weekends; no work after 6pm; autonomy over your own schedule. Benefits & Perks
