Rincon Research Corporation (RRC), an employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced AI/ML developer to join Rincon Research Corporation's elite team of innovators creating next-generation AI solutions for U.S. Defense and Intelligence Communities. Your code will directly impact national security and be deployed in real-world, mission-critical environments. This position offers cutting-edge technical challenges, direct mission impact, cross-functional collaboration, and a rapid innovation cycle. What are the primary responsibilities for the AI/ML position?

Design/architect, develop, test, deploy, and operate fully integrated software; integrate AI algorithms into software applications Write, test, deploy code. Convert machine learning application programming interfaces to make them accessible to existing software Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers, multi-disciplinary engineers, stakeholders, and customers Communicate technical ideas and work closely with other senior members of the team Demonstrate high-level proficiency in at least one of the following: Golang, Rust, Python, or C/C++ Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and modern design patterns Proven ability to architect scalable, maintainable software systems Experience building production-quality APIs and integrating complex services Required background

Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph U.S. Citizenship required Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Engineering or Computer Science 5 to 12 years of software engineering experience with increasing responsibility Track record of delivering complex projects with minimal supervision Ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings to diverse audiences Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams Comfort with rapidly evolving technologies and mission requirements Attention to detail and precision in analysis and validation processes A key responsibility is maintaining professional currency with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies and experimenting with new technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into RRC projects. You are encouraged and expected to propose ideas that will improve the applications and frameworks within which you are working. The ability to accomplish tasks unsupervised with minimal direction and the ability to self-start is a critical expectation. Preferred Skills
