You Are

A cyber security savant with the skills and experience to keep data safe from threats, whether by coding a threat intrusion module or sharing ideas with the team. You solve security problems for clients and use your people skills to keep the team working well and happily. You are passionate about security, analyze a client’s security posture, anticipate requirements, and craft right-sized solutions based on industry-leading practices. You have a proven track record in fast-paced, team-oriented environments, strong documentation skills, and can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. You are eager to help inject security at every level of the organization. The Work

Although no two days are the same at Accenture, typical duties for Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Manager may include: Lead the development of SailPoint migration tools by leveraging AI where possible. Design, build, test, package, document and support the migration tooling. Enhance the tooling by incorporating feedback from delivery teams. Conduct enablement calls internal and external to leverage the SailPoint migration tooling and incorporate suggestions and enhancements. Work with SailPoint alliance leads, IAM leads and Security sales ecosystem to promote usage and reduce migration project durations. Provide regular updates on development progress and tooling usage, including metrics to measure ROI. Build knowledge capital through research and development and leverage industry insights to deliver best-of-breed expertise to clients. Help grow Accenture Security across North America through thought leadership and entrepreneurialism. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s What You Need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing similar solutions, including designing and architecting solutions based on client requirements. Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role. Minimum of 5 years with proven experience managing and scaling software products (SaaS, mobile, platform, etc.). Strong track record of shipping successful products with measurable impact. Deep understanding of product discovery, user journey mapping, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle management. Experience with agile methodologies and product development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Notion). Demonstrated success building and scaling SaaS products with a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency. Strong understanding of cloud-based systems and integrations (e.g., APIs, microservices architecture). Analytical and data-driven with a focus on testing, performance metrics, and user feedback. Bonus points: exposure to IAM practitioners, experience leading remote or globally distributed product teams, ability to influence and collaborate across time zones and cultures, prior work serving C-Level clients as a Product Manager, and industry-adopted Product Manager or Scrum Master certifications. Compensation varies based on factors including office location, role, skill set, and experience.
