VALLEY HEALTH AT HOME by BAYADA is seeking an Account Executive/Sales Executive to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and help expand our Medicare home health business in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. This position requires a motivated, results-driven individual capable of building strong, lasting relationships. As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates. Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and other community resources. Conducting market analysis; developing sales strategy, goals, and quarterly plans. Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity. Establishing strong relationships with new and existing referral sources. Patient education at bedsides. Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. At least two years of recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in healthcare. Formal sales training. Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute a sales and marketing plan. Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market. Excellent planning, organization, teamwork, and presentation skills. Established healthcare contacts and ability to network in the community. Customer-centric mindset. BAYADA Offers
