Summary: Area Manager role with responsibilities to lead a McDonald's crew, ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and meet business targets within an independent franchisee operation. Responsibilities
Provide leadership to crew during shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences and adherence to McDonald's standards. Monitor performance during shifts, take action to ensure standards are met, monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the Shift Manager to help prepare for running a great shift. Meet targets during shifts and assist assigned Departments in reaching their goals. Oversee Food Safety, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Scheduling, and Training. Manage crew, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure safe and secure operations. Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. Benefits & Additional Info
Competitive pay; pay range is $19.75-$24.00/hour for certified managers. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year (28-hour/week average). Education through Archways to Opportunity including opportunities to earn a High School degree, college tuition assistance and English classes as a second language. Medical available.
