As a
Comfort Advisor , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our HVAC business by helping homeowners find the perfect solutions for their heating and cooling needs. You are responsible for guiding homeowners through the sales process, from initial consultation to final installation. You will be the expert and trusted advisor who ensures customer satisfaction while generating significant revenue for the business. Pay is
commission-based , with a potential range of
$175,000 to $300,000 per year , depending on sales performance and achievement of goals. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs, recommend solutions, and present product options that align with their goals and budget. Provide detailed, accurate estimates for homeowners, including product pricing, rebate information, financing options, and any additional details like permits and HERS testing requirements. Follow each job from start to finish to ensure that the service the client has purchased is delivered consistently and to their satisfaction. Collect all required signatures, from the agreement all the way through to the financing paperwork and the completion signature. Maintain close contact with the install department and the field supervisors to ensure that the project stays on track and that any issues are addressed immediately. Keep in contact with the client throughout the installation process communicating any challenges or changes being made to the original scope of work while providing and thoroughly explaining solutions and alternatives to the client before the adjustments begin. Verify that the job has been completed to the client’s satisfaction on the day of completion and secure payment. May be required to work overtime Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business. What We're Looking For Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record Home sales experience of 2+ years with a proven track record of success Experience with in-home service agreement sales and estimating Knowledge of home performance and HVAC/home comfort issues and solutions Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and peers, both written and verbally What’s In It For You?
