SWBC is seeking a talented individual to generate new sales, including cold calling and networking, identify and qualify prospects, and create opportunities to participate in requests for proposals (RFPs).

Essential duties include :
Managing sales and client relationships for assigned accounts.
Maintaining ongoing relationship management to ensure client profitability and retention.
Negotiating pricing and contract terms with clients and prospects.
Supporting product development and marketing collateral creation.
Representing the company at industry conferences.
Staying informed about industry changes and competitors.
Managing travel and expenses within budget targets.
Minimum qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
At least seven (7) years of executive-level sales or sales management experience, including two (2) years in the PEO industry.
Life and Health Group 1 Insurance License required.
Strong business acumen and strategic relationship management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Leadership, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
Knowledge of the PEO industry, including workers' compensation, HR outsourcing, payroll, and insurance benefits.
Ability to sit for long periods and travel locally and nationally.
