Aston Carter 6-Month On-Site Contract: Oracle Cloud Business Analyst
Location:
Milwaukee, WI –
100% On-Site
Duration:
6 Months (with strong potential for extension or long-term opportunity)
What You’ll Do
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives and performance tracking. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership. Serve as a finance lead on the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation team, ensuring accurate financial data migration, system configuration, and reporting alignment. Collaborate with IT and external consultants to define financial system requirements and test Oracle modules related to GL, AP, AR, and FP&A. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Train finance team members on Oracle system functionality and reporting tools post-implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or similar financial systems is strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Background in consulting or project-based roles Familiarity with ERP systems integrated with Oracle Cloud EPM Post-implementation support or system administration experience
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
