DUTIES:
Providing tax compliance and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses with foreign investments; preparing detailed reviews of international tax compliance forms and collaborating with a dedicated international tax team; advising U.S. and foreign individual investors on tax planning opportunities; developing tax models illustrating tax attributes, effective tax rate, and cash tax expense; preparing quantitative analyses including E&P studies, Subpart F, GILTI, ECI, PTEP, FTC, and Sections 962 computations; and assisting the Federal Tax Group with tax treaty analysis for inbound and outbound cross-border transactions and activities. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration; five (5) years of progressive experience as an Accountant; CPA licensure and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification; experience with QuickBooks Online & Desktop, Profile, Simply Accounting, Oracle, ACCPAC; Pfx Fixed Assets, Pfx Planner, Pfx Scan, CCH Axcess, Axcess Tax, PdFlyer, TValue, CCH Tax, CCH Workstream, CCH Practice, and Engagement. SALARY:
$105,373-$106,000 per year, depending on experience. Preferred Location:
