Overview
In this Regional Sales Manager role, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of successful Sales Executives. Your team will be dedicated to selling clients clinical instruments into hospitals and healthcare clinics within your assigned region. Using your well-developed leadership skills, you will effectively manage your team to achieve/exceed your account and sales objective for your region. You will accomplish these goals by hiring top talent and coaching your team effectively. You will schedule ride-a-longs and work one-on-one with your team members to review: product knowledge, call planning, territory management, relationship building and selling skills.
Responsibilities
Hiring, developing, coaching and leading Account Executives.
Meet or exceed regional sales objectives (quotas) in support of national goals.
Manage, drive and meet all associated corporate metrics.
Act as corporate resources in direct selling situations.
Act as a corporate resource in support of corporate accounts strategies and objectives.
Lead and coordinate field sales activities in support of corporate account strategies and objectives.
Develop, manage, and execute regional business plan.
Lead, coordinate and execute special projects as directed.
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a diverse team.
Strong communication skills with proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Skills and Competencies
Strong B2B background with multi-level & committee sales history.
