What You’ll Do As an HVAC Comfort Consultant, you will:

Meet with homeowners to provide HVAC system education, recommendations, and solutions.

Develop and close residential sales opportunities through internal leads and prospecting.

Deliver customer presentations that build trust and showcase value.

Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

Compensation First month: Base salary while training. Second month: Salary + commission to support your transition. After month two: 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential and bonuses based on goals and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Present proposals of residential HVAC and IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) products and services to new and established customers.

Bolster the customer experience through a consultative sales approach focused on retention and satisfaction.

Create relationships with prospective customers and referrals, initiating calls to generate sales.

Work collaboratively with team members to promote a 100% customer satisfaction experience.

Stay up to date on industry trends, service methods, systems, and technology relevant to the market and business.

Qualifications

Prior sales experience; direct selling to consumers preferred (e.g., HVAC Sales, Construction Sales, Car Sales).

Strong selling and business-development skills.

Ability to effectively communicate concepts to diverse audiences.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate customer concerns into solutions.

Ability to meet physical demands: climb ladders and move through attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units and take measurements.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Characteristics

Mechanically inclined or past mechanical experience.

Professional communication with customers.

Self-management of time to achieve high results.

Flexibility to work varied hours and on-call shifts.

Willingness to invest time in training and classes.

Education Bachelor’s degree or related professional Sales Certifications preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Job Details Full-time position; works out of Woodinville & Marysville, WA offices when needed but mostly field work. Service area includes Snohomish, Island & King counties of Washington. References, background checks, and drug screening are part of the offer process.
