Lead client projects: server migrations, network upgrades, cloud deployments Design and optimize Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Azure, and VMware/Hyper-V environments Configure and maintain Active Directory, GPOs, and core network services Document plans, technical designs, and post-project reports Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Handle escalations occasionally, providing senior-level expertise What You Bring
At least 1 year of MSP experience Strong project experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Azure, networking, and virtualization Solid troubleshooting skills with ability to manage projects end-to-end Excellent communication and a client-first mindset Certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Azure, Cisco) a plus What We Offer
