Responsibilities
Remote
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing and designing Salesforce solutions, preferably Sales Cloud.
Proficiency in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Process Builder/Flow, and SFDX.
SOQL and SOSL.
Object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript).
RESTful API development and integration.
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo).
Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing and designing Salesforce solutions, preferably Sales Cloud.

Preferred: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., AWS CDK, Terraform).
Preferred: Experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog).
Preferred: Knowledge of security best practices and automated testing frameworks.
Preferred: Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate across multiple Salesforce orgs.
