About the Role in our Product Development Team We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead a team of product engineers in designing, developing, and implementing complex Supply Chain solutions at Blue Yonder and provide strategic technical leadership for our Retail Planning initiatives. In this role, you\'ll shape the architectural direction of our Retail Planning systems, lead complex engineering challenges, and drive innovation across our technology stack.
What You Will Do
Architectural Leadership : Serve as the primary technical architect for multiple retail planning teams, ensuring that all solutions align with the company\'s strategic goals and technical standards.
Technical Guidance : Provide expert guidance in code and design reviews and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with product management, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions.
Innovation and Strategy : Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that enhance the scalability, performance, and reliability of our retail planning solutions.
Technical Roadmap Development : Contribute to the development and maintenance of the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
Thought Leadership : Represent the company at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and experiences to establish the company as a leader in supply chain software solutions.

MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, Virtual Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)

Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, PostgreSQL, RDBMS, Spring Boot, Snowflake
What we are looking for
Bachelor\'s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 5 years as Architect.
Strong programming experience and background in Enterprise Java, Spring Boot, microservices
Demonstrable experience designing, building, deploying and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions (Azure)
Demonstrable experience with microservices-based architecture on Cloud at scale
Azure: 5+ years of experience with cloud architecture and deployment
Snowflake: 3+ years of experience in data warehousing
PostgreSQL: 5+ years of experience with Postgres or similar databases
CICD: 5+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions
Experience with implementation of event-driven architecture using Kafka, Spark or similar technologies
Experience with API management platforms and providing/consuming RESTful APIs
Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation
Good understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management, RBAC, authentication & authorization, and data encryption
Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities

The salary range for this position is $164,510 - $185,000
The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
