Total Earnings Potential (Salary + Bonus):

$94,164-$115,275

Generous Time Off:

Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.

Flexible Hybrid Role:

Up to 50% remote work. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client.

Your Role and Impact

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Achievable Targets:

You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.

Uncapped Bonus Potential:

Opportunity to earn more by increasing your billable hours; pace is flexible.

Growth and Advancement:

Potential to advance through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing focus on leadership development and broader professional interests.

Schedule Autonomy:

Full control over when and where you supervise your cases.

Administrative Support:

Scheduling, billing, and credentialing handled by a dedicated team, freeing time for clinical care.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.

Current BCBA Certification

required.
