Lecturer / Senior Lecturer - School of Information Systems & Technology Management - UNSW Business School The School of Information Systems & Technology Management at UNSW Business School is hiring for two tenure-track positions, at either the level of Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C), in the area of Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Operations Management. The level of appointment will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. If required, visa sponsorship and relocation support will be considered for the successful candidate. Level B from $127,947 Level C from $155,403 17% superannuation and leave loading Responsibilities

The role involves conducting scholarly research and professional activities, teaching, engagement and leadership in line with the School and Faculty expectations. A Senior Lecturer will also conduct high-quality research recognised internationally and contribute to educational leadership and excellence within the School and Faculty. The position reports to the Head of School and has no direct reports. Who You Are

A PhD in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a closely related business field (by end of 2025). Experience in teaching technical (cybersecurity, programming, database, networking) or business analytics courses is highly desirable. Demonstrated excellence in publishing in leading IS or OM conferences and journals (e.g., UTD24, Financial Times 50, AIS Basket of 8). Proven commitment to staying current with discipline knowledge and developments. Experience in teaching and learning design, development and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels. Experience with educational technologies, online delivery methods, and industry engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
