Select Commercial Insurance Sales Producer - Industry Specialized role at USI Insurance Services. The Industry Specialization Program focuses on outside sales driving new business for commercial clients (sales under $10mm) within an assigned industry specialization: Construction, Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, or Industrial. The program develops insurance knowledge, assists with licensing, and emphasizes outside sales opportunities while leveraging current industry knowledge. Responsibilities

Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis for companies with sales under $10mm. Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices (Property/Casualty, Employee Benefits, Personal Risk Services) to meet revenue targets. Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity. Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis. Demonstrate proficiency in the discovery process (sales due diligence) and promote USI’s competitive differentiation, including using USI presentation templates and OMNI output. Communicate solutions effectively to non-insurance buyers. Develop relationships and achieve new business goals within a specific industry specialization (construction, commercial real estate, healthcare, or industrial). Systematically use CRM to support sales processes with accurate and timely information for appointments and meetings to support revenue projections. Attend and participate in USI Industry Specialized Program, USI University, and USI Select ONE Academy. Obtain proper insurance licensing through the Industry Specialized Program and independent study. Develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies to optimize USI’s marketplace position. Represent USI positively at meetings, seminars, trade shows, and networking events. Collaborate with the account management team and regional resources to maximize results. Qualifications

3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of financial success and experience calling on senior executives. Current sales experience in one of the following industries: Construction, Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, or Industrial. Personable, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized; driven to achieve individual sales goals. Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Excellent listening skills with a customer focus. Teamwork skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Understanding and commitment to mutual objectives of the Select Commercial Insurance Practice and Regional Office. Ability to work with senior-level management and maintain executive presence. Actual salary is dependent on skill set and experience, with opportunities for commissions and incentive programs. Salary range listed: $75,000-$90,000.
