Carrier Enterprise (CE) is hiring for the
Account Manager Institutional Sales HVAC
role in Dallas, TX. The Account Manager is the primary customer contact for commercial, institutional, educational and hospitality accounts, with responsibility to increase share of wallet and develop new accounts.
Overview Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., a leading HVAC/R distributor. CE distributes Carrier, Bryant, Payne, GREE and other HVAC/refrigeration brands, along with aftermarket parts, supplies and accessories. CE operates approximately 200+ locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada, with over 2,000 employees. CE offers best-in-class service to customers and supports career growth across stores, distribution centers, field offices, business units and headquarters.
Responsibilities
Generate sales related to HVAC replacement and retrofit equipment, system upgrade products, aftermarket parts, supplies and accessories in an assigned territory
Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial, institutional, educational, hospitality maintenance & purchasing departments and service contractors, helping to develop solutions, closing sales and ensuring repeat business
Analyze the territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs
Develop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers to maximize sales
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Maintain a sales and growth orientation with a focus on profitability
Present effective sales presentations, both written and verbal
Travel up to 75% as required
Qualifications
Experience in outside sales/account management in HVAC is preferred
