This role is a Retail Selling Flex Colleague, focused on delivering results through genuine hospitality and personalized recommendations. This role goes beyond cashier duties. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and you will help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so every customer feels welcome from the moment they walk in. Job Responsibilities
Sell with a focus on meeting goals by engaging customers, leveraging product knowledge, and providing personalized recommendations. Turn everyday visits into memorable moments through warmth and a personal approach on the sales floor or in the fitting room. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space; recover the floor and fitting rooms; update signs and pricing; support merchandise moves. Finish customer interactions by highlighting Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and thanking them by name where appropriate. Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities. Who You Are
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance and punctuality. Effective communication with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English. Comfortable collaborating with customers and colleagues; motivated to meet daily sales goals; able to acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information; resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities; able to work independently and in a team; comfortable using electronic devices. Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Stand for extended periods; lift at least 25 lbs; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, reach above eye level. Near and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment; frequent use of computers and handheld devices; ability to process register transactions. What We Can Offer You
