The following description reflects the role of a Seasonal Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works. Seasonal associates help deliver exceptional customer experiences, support store operations, and contribute to a positive, high-energy store environment during the holiday season. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates may need to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products and maintain store visuals. Ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Adhere to safety standards to provide a safe, clean, and engaging store environment. Maintain company values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Proven ability to achieve sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
