Softgoods Sales (Clothing & Accessories) position at Christy Sports. Summary: This position is primarily responsible for the sale of clothing and accessory items to meet customers’ needs, merchandising products to attract interest, and assisting with inventory control to achieve maximum profitability while providing best-in-class guest service. Responsibilities

Greet all customers in the store Develop a rapport with customers through conversation to understand their needs Build trust through product knowledge and the delivery of accurate information Bring the sale to a successful close Expand the sale by demonstrating knowledge of accessory and/or related products or warranty agreements as appropriate for customer needs Operate the cash register to complete the sale Merchandise the store by stocking shelves, counters, or tables with products Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities

Be friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people Love to ski or snowboard and have some knowledge of how it works Have basic computer skills English fluency, written and verbal Flexible schedule to maximize ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift 25 pounds Perks and Benefits
