We’re growing our sales team and seeking exceptional Account Executives to help us win with the most ambitious franchise brands. This role is critical to Delightree’s success—you’ll own meaningful deal cycles and play a direct role in shaping how franchises operate.

What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, discovery, solution review, demo, negotiation, and closing
Manage $30K–200K ACV SaaS deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
Self-source pipeline while also converting inbound opportunities
Build strong multi-threaded relationships with prospects and engage executive buyers
Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion opportunities
Maintain HubSpot discipline: notes, MEDDPICC fields, and accurate stage progression
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS on improving our customer journey
Meet or exceed quota while committing to continuous learning and development
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in B2B SaaS sales
2+ years as a closing AE with consistent quota attainment
Experience closing $30K–200K ACV multi-stakeholder SaaS deals
Proven record of self-sourcing 25–40%+ of pipeline
Strong executive presence; comfortable with COOs, VPs of Ops, and CEOs
Disciplined, process-oriented operator (HubSpot/Salesforce experience)
Bonus: experience in franchising, retail ops, LMS, compliance, or field tech
