Hereu2019s what youu2019d do: The Tree Care Account Manager (TCAM) serves as the primary contact foru00A0BrightViewu2019s clients. This position builds and sustains long-term relationships, focusing on both client retention and ancillary sales, while providing oversight for field operations. This roleu00A0provides supervision to the tree crews to assure that proper care and proper horticulture practices are being performed. Writing recommendations for pest control, disease control, fertilizer recommendations, pruning recommendations and any weed control that may be required. The TCAM collaborates with the vendors to assure that the recommendations are being followed and done in a timely manner, and also develops and implements best management practices on tree maintenance and safety. u00A0 Youu2019d be responsible for: Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business. Ensure that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits Schedule work, drafting work orders, and occasionally instruct crews on key elements of job scope/requirements to ensure that executed work meets the clientsu2019 expectations.u00A0 Follow up with customers u2013 resolving issues as needed.u00A0 Partner with the Maintenance Account Managers to ensure complete customer follow-up after job completion and that all work performed meets client expectations. Assist with business development, attend sales calls with Maintenance Account Managers for estimate requests. Submit final paperwork to accounting for billing and collection. Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well Positively promote the Company culture, in particular, regarding safety, quality and customer service Work with Maintenance Account Managers in regional territories to develop Tree Care programs and estimates for new and existing clients Assist with crew training on proper Tree Care techniques and reviewing crew work for quality and efficiency Perform tree Maintenance to include the oversight of nutrition, pests, health, and vigor, weed prevention, diseases, and soil moisture Provide oversight and supervision to the maintenance crews, spray applications (in-house and subcontractors), inventory of chemicals and required reporting, and health and safety compliance Create opportunities for expansion of the Tree department Support and promote the current Safety program initiativesu00A0 You might be a good fit if you have: ISA Certified Arborist highly preferredu00A0but not required Once hired, must be able to pass the Arborist certification (company paid) Qualified Application License Experience in outside sales, generating new business leads, and networking Strong communication skills (listening, oral and written) Strong interpersonal skills u2013 able to build solid business relationships Able to multi-task and prioritize Hereu2019s what to know about working here: Here at BrightView, weu2019re as passionate about caring for our clients as we are about caring for each other.
