If you are an experienced solar sales professional with a passion for being in the field every day, this is your opportunity toride alongsideour current sales reps,train and mentor, andclose your own leads. Offering a strong base salary of $65K–$80K, then elevate your earnings with uncapped commissions and team overrides, realistic take-home of $200K–$300K+ with no cap on your potential! Responsibilities: Daily ride-alongswith sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skills. Mentor and coachthe existing team to improve performance and close rates. Close your own leadsto drive personal and team success. Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager toexpand the sales team. Implement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency. Monitor team performance andprovide constructive feedbackto push growth. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process. Stay updated on industry trends andintroduce innovationsto keep the team competitive. Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experience. At least one(1)yearof solar sales management experience. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends. Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus.
