Your Role at a Glance
The key ways you\'ll bring value to the team Analyze the financial and non-financial data of new and existing customers across sectors to understand their business model, growth trajectory and funding needs Identify and assess risks involved in funding a variety of business types Support and coordinate regular calls with customers to deepen understanding of their operations, financial performance and future plans Collaborate with management to design and implement new processes, tools and frameworks that enable lending across industries Work with sales and operations to understand customer acquisition, onboarding and long-term funding relationships Learn about loan portfolio and risk management, including monitoring performance, detecting early warning signals and exiting high-risk positions Work cross-functionally with product, data, engineering and commercial teams on high-impact projects that shape underwriting and funding globally What Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years of relevant experience in investment or lending at a bank, fund or fintech Experience with SME or SMB lending in the US is a plus Ability to analyze and interpret financial reporting (e.g., management accounts, financial models, statutory accounts) Comfort leading regular internal and external meetings and presenting findings to senior stakeholders How You’ll Stand Out
