Lead audit engagements from planning through completion. Oversee and mentor staff auditors. Review workpapers, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during engagements. Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and all applicable regulations. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. CPA
preferred (required for top salary tier). 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of audit procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
