Overview

My client is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team!

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances; provide actionable insights and recommendations. Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and investment decisions. Prepare and present regular and ad hoc reports for leadership, highlighting KPIs and business drivers. Support budgeting, forecasting, and ERP/FP&A processes by consolidating inputs and validating assumptions. Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and audit processes. Calculate and oversee commissions and performance-based bonuses with accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals. Mentor junior analysts and support special projects and leadership initiatives.

Technical Requirements

Excel (advanced):

financial modeling, VBA, Macros, pivot tables, lookups. Familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems, and SQL. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in corporate financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. In geographies that require salary range disclosure, the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company\'s 401(k) retirement plan.
