Summary The Production Controller supports program execution by maintaining production visibility, tracking schedules, and ensuring accurate updates to shared tools and ERP systems. This role works closely with Program Managers, IPT Leads, and cross-functional teams to monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure program deliverables remain aligned with program and company objectives. Reports directly to the IPT Lead.

What You Will Do
Manage and update program trackers, dashboards, and ERP data to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of production status.
Collaborate with Program Managers to monitor milestones, track risks, and support schedule alignment.
Communicate status updates, blockers, and key deliverable progress to program stakeholders.
Identify and anticipate constraints within the production lifecycle and coordinate resolutions to maintain production flow and customer deliverables.
Ensure material readiness through interfacing with external vendor/suppliers and reviewing on-hand supply.
Provide proactive production support, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met, and driving internal execution and progress.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in production control, project coordination, or a similar role (aerospace/defense preferred).
Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and production tracking/reporting tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Proven ability to manage schedules, data, and competing priorities effectively.
Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
Eager to develop program management expertise and expand responsibilities.
Must be a U.S. citizen, ability to obtain SECRET Clearance
