Overview
Retail Sales Manager - Bilingual Spanish at My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer. The role focuses on coaching and developing a team to deliver best-in-class customer service, exceed sales targets, and maintain store operations.
Responsibilities
Coach and develop the team to achieve company-defined Key Performance Indicators and sales targets.
Maintain location staffing through retention, recruiting, and training/development of team members.
Build and maintain a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
Establish business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team and coordinating community events outside the store.
Ensure a clean and safe store environment, including inventory counts, device security, and merchandising in accordance with policies.
Support daily store operations by coordinating and enforcing policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with legal requirements and uphold store reputation.
Pursue professional development by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, and networking.
Qualifications
1 year of management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the wireless industry.
1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but may not be required depending on location.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).
Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (Required).
