Overview

Rittal, LLC is a leading designer and manufacturer of industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories, including high efficiency power management and climate control systems for industrial, data center, outdoor, and hybrid applications. The Regional Channel Account Manager will manage Industrial and IT Distributor Partners and Value Added Resellers within an assigned geographic region and ensure partners meet the requirements of the Rittal channel program. Salary Range:

$110,000 – $140,000 Primary Activities/Duties/Competencies

Develop and deploy a management and marketing plan to penetrate assigned distributor accounts. Work with Regional Vice Presidents and Account Managers to define and deploy an overall regional channel strategy; manage deployment and maintenance. Coordinate cross-functional efforts among manufacturing, outside sales, inside sales, commercial leaders, solution engineers, project managers, distribution channels, and business development to meet and exceed customer expectations. Grow business at established accounts, support sales on new potential partners, onboard new partners, develop new accounts, and identify share-shift opportunities. Provide support, training, and leadership at assigned distributors with inside sales, outside sales, operations, and principals. Ensure channel program compliance with partners, including inventory, marketing development, sales and quantity targets, shipping requirements, rebates, point of sale, and inventory reporting. Develop value propositions to meet customer needs and establish relationships with key distributor buying influences at the principal level. Develop strategic growth plans with distributors and execute the overall channel strategy using strategic selling methodologies. Collaborate with Regional Vice President and Account Managers to implement local/tactical strategy and support regional sales teams in engaging with partners on target accounts and joint sales calls. Travel up to 50% within the region. Qualifications

Degree in business, management, engineering, or marketing and demonstrated related management experience, or equivalent sales experience in the electrical industry. Distributor sales and support experience required. Knowledge of electrical enclosures, climate control products, or automation preferred. Ability to communicate and present to personnel at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. What we offer
