Overview
Valves Senior Sales Manager - Houston/Gulf Region. The role is a customer-facing position responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines, focusing on project win strategies and growth at targeted accounts within the US region. Responsibilities
Driving regional strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual order targets for new valve equipment to EPCs, OEMs, and other key project customers. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase penetration in regional accounts. Leading regional project pursuit processes to maximize participation for relevant valve products, working directly with clients and with strategic channel partners throughout the region. Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and sales management systems. Building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers. Understanding customer needs and translating them into effective solutions that leverage the company\'s valve technologies. Negotiating contracts and closing sales with a focus on long-term customer value. Identifying customer requirements and partnering with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of valve products. Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree preferably in a STEM discipline from an accredited college (or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience). 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in direct project/account sales. Proven track record of success in selling control and/or relief valve equipment or similar industrial products. Strong technical understanding of control valves, pressure relief valves, instrumentation, and related systems in relevant industries. Experience in industrial B2B product sales including knowledge of customer project timing, budget creation, strategic sales, and negotiation. Proven track record of success in selling directly to EPCs, OEMs, and Corporate HQ offices. Ability to communicate at all levels and influence others through data and experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Work Environment & Flexibility
