Overview

Senior Sales Manager Fintech Earned Wage Access. This role focuses on selling Global Payments Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects and referrals. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within a geographic area or market. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Responsibilities

Generate revenue through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within a geographic area or market. Collect information to understand business issues, problems, and opportunities to identify sales prospects. Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for use in pricing and sales presentations. Ensure sales plans and key account strategies are implemented and sales/financial goals are obtained. Outline, explain, and execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients. Engage with C-level executives and position solutions based on prospective client needs. Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales; coordinate with referral partners as needed. Qualifications

100% remote role. Enterprise sales experience in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech. Experience selling to C-level executives in fintech industries (Restaurant Management, Staffing, Healthcare, Retail, Professional Employment Organizations). Proven track record of revenue generation, exceeding sales goals and quotas, and direct selling success. Strong negotiation, networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills. Excellent ability to prepare written and oral presentations. Relevant experience or degree in: Communications, English, IT, Engineering; or a combination of relevant training/experience in lieu of degree. Typically 8+ years of relevant experience. Note: This position is a sole contributor and 100% remote; US-based only. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree. Sales training such as Sandler or equivalent. Compensation

The pay range for this role is between $110k-$115k per year plus uncapped commission. Equal Opportunity
