Regional Foodservice Sales Manager – West
As a Regional Foodservice Sales Manager – West you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious sales goals and transforming childhood nutrition in K12. You’ll lead all sales activities across K12 and Healthcare within your designated territory—California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Washington State. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, chase leads, build lasting relationships with key school directors, and strategically expand market reach will be critical to your success.
Aggressively chase new business by prospecting, networking, and leveraging market research to secure new accounts and expand our K12 and Healthcare customer base.
Cultivate partnerships with K12 decision makers, distributors, distributor sales reps, and other key stakeholders to increase market penetration and foster long-term relationships.
Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals; update and communicate progress to management. Sales targets are aggressive and the team moves at a fast pace.
Build out and maintain territory plans, including identification of top targets/accounts and sales strategies.
Travel regularly to meet with customers across entire West territory to pitch That’s it products and grow sales.
Develops an effective trade show/event strategy to ensure strong lead-generating results.
Continuously monitors key market trends and share valuable insights with the region and leadership team.
Your Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent Sales Manager experience required
At least 3 years of experience in wholesale sales including foodservice accounts and distributors (CPG experience preferred)
Growth mindset with the ability to chase leads and drive sales aggressively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with sales forecasting, lead generation and CRM tools
Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time across designated territories
