What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead strategic technology projects for the Marketing and Demand Generation Team
Drive execution of AI strategies across marketing and revenue teams
Monitor and maintain data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and attribution tracking
Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and revenue operations to ensure seamless campaign execution
Champion a test-and-learn mindset to improve efficiency and business impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
6–10 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), Salesforce CRM, and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
Strong understanding of demand generation funnels, campaign attribution, and pipeline metrics
Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder marketing initiatives
Proven track record of cross-functional influence in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with lead routing and scoring models
