The Department of Neurology at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking a fellowship-trained Movement Disorders Neurologist to join our expanding academic program. This faculty position will be at the rank of

Assistant Professor

and will provide opportunities for clinical care, research, and teaching in a collaborative and supportive environment. Opportunity Clinical Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, essential tremor, and atypical parkinsonian syndromes. Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as deep brain stimulation (DBS) programming and botulinum toxin injections. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neurosurgeons, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Research and Academics Engage in clinical and/or translational research in movement disorders, with opportunities for collaboration within MCW’s robust research environment. Participate in clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies, with institutional support for developing an independent research program. Teaching and Mentorship Educate and mentor neurology residents, medical students, and movement disorders fellows through lectures, bedside teaching, and hands-on training. Participate in educational initiatives and curriculum development within the Department of Neurology.
